WedFlex SMS Terms

How WedFlex text message notifications work, and how to opt in or out.

What we text

WedFlex sends account notification texts to users who opt in: new applications on an offer, booking confirmations, new messages from the other party, and payout updates. These account texts never include marketing. Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt in

Texts are optional and off by default. Opting in is never required to use WedFlex. You can opt in two ways:

When you create an account at wedflex.com/auth/signup, by ticking the optional, unticked checkbox below the phone number field.
From your account Settings, by turning on “Text message (SMS) notifications”.

Both places show this exact consent language next to the checkbox:

Optional: Text me WedFlex account alerts (new applications, bookings, messages, and payouts) at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of using WedFlex. You must be the owner or authorized user of this number. See our Privacy Policy.

Right after you opt in, we send this confirmation:

WedFlex: You're subscribed to account alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.

Keywords

STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT): stop all texts. You will get one final confirmation.
HELP: get help and contact information.
START: resume texts after replying STOP.

Reply to HELP:

WedFlex: Account alerts from WedFlex. Need help? Email hello@wedflex.com or visit wedflex.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel.

Reply to STOP:

WedFlex: You're unsubscribed and will not receive more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

You can also turn texts off at any time in your account Settings.

WedFlex: New application for "Day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding". Open WedFlex to review.

WedFlex: You're booked for "Day-of coordinator for our backyard wedding"! Open WedFlex to message the couple.

WedFlex: Amara J. sent you a new message. Open WedFlex to reply.

WedFlex: Your payout of $940.00 has been released.
